RETURNS
NOWLET offers a simple and easy return service for our customers all around the world. If you want to return your order item(s), you have 30 days from the date you placed an order to return your item(s). In order to ensure the arrival of your item(s) within 30 days, the return request must be placed within 14 days from the order date. Please be informed that the return request is not available 14 days after your order date.
NOWLET offers international shipping all around the world.
Therefore, return address may differ depending on your country along with return shipping cost and method. For further information, see our Return Shipping.
All returns must be authorized by NOWLET before you send back your order items. Please be noted that returns that were made without our authorization may not be processed and not be refunded.
If you received damaged or faulty products, you must contact and notify us with such issue immediately. Please note that you may be asked to send pictures of such issue. Any damaged products returned to us without prior notification of such issue will not be processed as return, therefore, not be refunded. Final sale items also cannot be returned and refunded.
Please be sure to read our return policy thoroughly and follow the Return Process. Your item(s) must satisfy all Product Condition Guidelines, otherwise, your return will not be processed.

PRODUCT CONDITION GUIDELINES
Return is easy and simple at NOWLET. However, please be reminded that all your return items must follow our product condition guidelines to be processed.
Items that fail to meet any of conditions below will not be processed or accepted as returns.
    - All items should be returned in the original packaging including boxes, bags, wraps, covers, tags, labels, etc.
    - All items must be in the same condition as it was received: not used, worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
    - Beauty products must be returned sealed, unopened and unused.
    - Any certificates, warranty or manuals shipped with the item must be returned as well.
    - Any promotional gifts, coupons or free goods shipped with the item must be returned as well.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
NOWLET currently ships to 80 countries worldwide. Each country has a different return shipping method, return address and return shipping cost. Please select your shipping country to see the return shipping information. Please note that below is the estimated return shipping fee and your final return shipping fee will be calculated and shown once you request a return at Order History.
If you are returning items of multiple orders in one package at once, your return shipping fee may increase due to increased weight and volume of the return package.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and accepted by us, you will receive a Return Confirmation email. Your refund will take place right after your return is received and accepted.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, the payment you made will be refunded to your card.
If you paid with a PayPal account balance, the payment you made will be refunded to your PayPal account balance.
Please note that refund can take up to 30 days depending on the payment institutions involved.
Customers under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) must contact UPS Brokerage in your country as they are not refundable through us. You can find the contact information of your local UPS Brokerage by emailing or calling your local UPS, which is shown on the UPS website of your country. Refund for duties and taxes may not be available depending on your shipping country’s customs policy. Please contact your local customs for further information.
